Abstract
We describe a case of unilateral pulmonary vein atresia in a child who presented with a recurrent cough. Pulmonary artery CT angiography confirmed the diagnosis. In addition, we found anomalous blood-supplying arteries from the abdominal aorta, which makes this case even rarer.
